- After you’ve filled out your contact information, you will receive updates on new properties as they become available.
- When you see a property that fits what you’re looking for you’ll either schedule a time to view it or attend one of the home tours we have for the property. If you like it you will fill out the Next Step Form and return it to us.
- Once we receive the Next Step Form, we’ll contact you and briefly go over it via the phone. At the end of that conversation our goal is to schedule a face-face buyer meeting. Sometimes, this is the first time we meet each other. The purpose of that meeting is to decide if we’re confortable with each other and the program we outline we lay out to keep moving forward working together.
- We will also help determine what length of time will be necessary for you to qualify for a home loan. Using our professional credit investigator, you’ll apply for your screening and Paul will analyze your current credit status and provide a scope of what needs to be repaired or built up during your lease-purchase period.
- It is possible you will not need to do Credit Repair; after reviewing credit we will know more about that. If Credit Repair is recommended, you will work with Paul or one of our attorney references depending on exactly what is needed.
- At the buyer meeting we will go over the final details. These terms include: Monthly Payment, Length of Lease, Down Payment, Purchase Price, Possession, Roles & Responsibilities, Repairs, Utilities, etc.
- Once the terms are acceptable, you will place a small deposit which is 100% refundable up until the time of final acceptance.
- After final acceptance we’ll schedule a time where you’ll meet with our attorney to approve the necessary documents. You’ll also bring the rest of your funds to the attorney’s office.
- 100% of your down payment/option fee is credited toward the purchase price when you buy.
- Finally, keys will be delivered to you by the possession date.
- You will continue to work throughout the lease- purchase period on your Credit Repair if necessary. Our credit experts will provide support and coaching to help you qualify to purchase your home in a timely manner.
